• Coffee

Coffee has been lumped with unhealthiness for way too long. The truth is, coffee gives benefits for your heart. There are hundreds of phytochemicals found in coffee. These components reduce inflammation and will become beneficial for a long term. You need at least two cups of coffee every day to gain the benefits.

The actual problem lies in how you drink coffee. Coffee can be included in a group of foods that are good for your heart health. However, things will be different if you add coffee creamer. It’s bad for some reasons. Therefore you need your coffee black. If you’re not a coffee drinker, you don’t have to start drinking regularly. Just stick with your regular diet.

• Dark Chocolates

The delicious chocolate actually made it to the list! It’s all thanks to the flavonoids found in cocoa. Flavonoids help to prevent blood clotting, inflammation and regulate the blood pressure. A daily serving of chocolate is good. But keep in mind that you need the dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa. Don’t ever touch chocolate candy bars or milk chocolate.

• Red Wine

Alcohol such as red wine will be bad for the heart only when it is too much. Yes, just a little bit of alcohol won’t do harm. Experts found polyphenols in red wine and this gives benefit for the heart. Red wine may be one of the foods that are good for your heart health. However, you don’t need to drink wine regularly if you never a regular drinker.
